K-POP and J-POP Stars Unite at ASEA 2025 for a Spectacular Performance-Driven Awards Show

The 'ASEA 2025' is drawing attention as a performance-driven awards ceremony, where the best artists from Korea and Japan will come together with their fans for an unforgettable experience.

Taking place on May 28 and 29 at Yokohama Arena in Japan, 'ASIA STAR ENTERTAINER AWARDS 2025 presented by ZOZOTOWN' (abbreviated as ASEA 2025) is set to shine.

Now in its second year, 'ASEA' promises to bring together Asia's biggest stars for an awards ceremony where fans from around the world unite through music. Following the success of the first edition in 2024, which became a viral sensation as a performance-focused awards event, this year's event is expected to have a runtime of over three hours per day.

On the first day, May 28, performances by AESPA, ENHYPEN, Hearts2Hearts, KiiiKiii, NCT WISH, NiziU, timelesz, and Xdinary Heroes will be featured, with most artists performing over three songs, creating a stunning and electrifying stage.

On May 29, (G)I-DLE, THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE, and more will also perform over three songs each, delivering an exciting array of live performances from both K-pop and J-pop stars.

Confirmed artists for May 28 include AESPA, ENHYPEN, Hearts2Hearts, KiiiKiii, NCT WISH, NEXZ, NiziU, timelesz, and Xdinary Heroes, with The Boyz's Juyeon, IVE's Rei, and actor Jang Geunseok serving as MCs. On the second day, May 29, the lineup features ATARASHII GAKKO!, &TEAM, BADVILLAIN, (G)I-DLE, HANA, n.SSign, SAKURAZAKA46, THE BOYZ, and THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE. The award ceremony will be hosted by actress Kim Hye-yoon, MONSTA X's Hyungwon, and THE BOYZ’s Younghoon, with actor Byeon Wooseok presenting the Grand Prize, and actor Choo Youngwoo also attending as a presenter.

Last year’s inaugural 'ASEA' ceremony, held at the same venue, saw Stray Kids win three awards, including the Grand Prize, while Tomorrow X Together (TXT), DAY6, TREASURE, SHINee’s Taemin, and Creepy Nuts delighted fans with stellar performances.

ASEA 2025 is hosted by top Korean entertainment media Newsen, celebrating its 20th anniversary, and @style, a fashion and celebrity magazine celebrating its 13th anniversary, alongside THE STAR E&M. The ASEA Organizing Committee and ZOZOTOWN are the event's official organizers.
